Making a purchase from Securicorp Ltd constitutes an acceptance of the following terms & conditions applicable to all goods & services provided by Securicorp Ltd. Please read the information below before accepting or signing an invoice, quote or making any form of payment. Making a Purchase: There are many ways to pay for your purchase:

Guarantees: Goods are covered by manufacturers warranty for 12 months against defect unless otherwise stated, all warranties exclude VCR heads, Monitor tubes & CMOS/CCD sensors damaged by normal wear & tear. The buyer will be responsible for the return and cost of all returns to Securicorp Limited. Goods being returned back to the buyer will be carriage free to UK & Eire addresses only. A copy of the Invoice is required for all warranty claims. Goods returned without an authorisation number will be refused. Software does not carry any guarantee and cannot be returned once used. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to connect to your remote CCTV system every time. This is due to various factors such as telephone line condition, net congestion and Internet Service Provider failures. Goods over 7 days old cannot be refunded. 7 day no quibble return - if you are unhappy with your product, please return it via recorded delivery to our address below and you will be given a full refund provided the goods are :
Shipping, Handling & Delivery: All orders are shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment. Goods are shipped via Royal Mail or Initial CityLink where a tracking number will be provided by e-mail or telephone. Goods should be received within 7 working days of placing order. If you have not received your goods within 14 working days, please contact us to verify status of shipment. Alternatively, please use your tracking number to determine location & status of delivery. Privacy Policy: Securicorp Ltd do not sell your information to any third party for any reason. We do not share your details with any other company and are only required to keep your details for transaction purposes. All information is securely stored protected from unauthorized access and is disposed of when no longer required. Some marketing material from our company may be sent to your e-mail address. If you do not wish to receive any other information on our parent company products & services, please e-mail us with (Unsubscribe) in the subject line. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option. Credit & Debit Card Security: Securicorp Ltd work hard to ensure your security. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or physical paperwork. Credit Card details are not physically kept after successful transactions and are destroyed when no longer required. Clearing Banks & credit card processing companies may hold your details to retain purchase records. As of September 2006, none of our customers have been a victim of fraud as a result of trading with Securicorp Ltd. We are committed to continuing this success and ensuring that are customers are protected at all times. If you feel you may be a victim of fraud, please contact us so we may assist in any enquiries you have. Cancellations & Refunds: To cancel a payment, you must inform us immediately and a full refund will be issued via the payment method used to pay for the item. If the product has already been dispatched, we will need to receive the ordered item back before a refund can be issued. All refunds must be made within 5 days of placing the order. Goods that have been used or have been installed cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturer defect. Goods not in as new condition will be subject to a 30% restocking charge and will only be accepted with prior written agreement from the directors of Securicorp Limited. Securicorp Ltd shall have the right, at any time, to pass through and invoice to Customer any new or increased taxes, fees, assessments or other charges imposed on or required to be collected by Securicorp Ltd by any governmental agency. Customer shall also be responsible for paying all taxes, fees or assessments and other charges imposed on Customer by any governmental agency that may result from this Agreement, or any of the activities contemplated hereunder. Securicorp Ltd reserves the right to modify its products used to provide the Services for purposes including but not limited to accommodating evolving technology & changes in governing laws. Securicorp Ltd shall use reasonable efforts to notify Customer of any planned changes to Securicorp Ltd's services that may adversely affect the Services provided hereunder. Securicorp Ltd do not provide support for individual or business customers unless a maintenance or repair agreement has been made between the client and Securicorp Ltd for an agreed price. Securicorp Ltd do not provide any support for third party products and services. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY INDEMNIFICATION LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FORCE MAJEURE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY EQUIPMENT Securicorp Ltd shall not be responsible for any changes in Service(s) outside its control that cause Customer Equipment to become obsolete, require modification or alteration, or otherwise affect the performance of the Service(s). However, if practicable (without an obligation to expend funds or incur additional costs), Securicorp Ltd will assist Customer in resolving any such Equipment problems over which Securicorp Ltd may have control.
