Making a Purchase: There are many ways to pay for your purchase:

arrow by credit or debit card, Google Checkout or PayPal online or call 0870 760 7336.
arrow by cheque, please make cheque's payable to Securicorp Ltd
arrow by cash, in store or by insured post (Royal Mails Special Delivery)

Items that are not in stock will be back ordered for you, you will be informed if the item is not in stock with the option to cancel. ** To learn more about security of personal & financial information, please see below.

Guarantees: Goods are covered by manufacturers warranty for 12 months against defect unless otherwise stated, all warranties exclude VCR heads, Monitor tubes & CMOS/CCD sensors damaged by normal wear & tear. The buyer will be responsible for the return and cost of all returns to Securicorp Limited. Goods being returned back to the buyer will be carriage free to UK & Eire addresses only. A copy of the Invoice is required for all warranty claims. Goods returned without an authorisation number will be refused. Software does not carry any guarantee and cannot be returned once used. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to connect to your remote CCTV system every time. This is due to various factors such as telephone line condition, net congestion and Internet Service Provider failures. Goods over 7 days old cannot be refunded.

7 day no quibble return - if you are unhappy with your product, please return it via recorded delivery to our address below and you will be given a full refund provided the goods are :

  • Returned in original packing
  • Goods should not be damaged or used in any way (as new)
  • Invoice for goods returned with product

Shipping, Handling & Delivery: All orders are shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment. Goods are shipped via Royal Mail or Initial CityLink where a tracking number will be provided by e-mail or telephone. Goods should be received within 7 working days of placing order. If you have not received your goods within 14 working days, please contact us to verify status of shipment. Alternatively, please use your tracking number to determine location & status of delivery.

Privacy Policy: Securicorp Ltd do not sell your information to any third party for any reason. We do not share your details with any other company and are only required to keep your details for transaction purposes. All information is securely stored protected from unauthorized access and is disposed of when no longer required. Some marketing material from our company may be sent to your e-mail address. If you do not wish to receive any other information on our parent company products & services, please e-mail us with (Unsubscribe) in the subject line. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item and to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.

Credit & Debit Card Security: Securicorp Ltd work hard to ensure your security. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or physical paperwork. Credit Card details are not physically kept after successful transactions and are destroyed when no longer required. Clearing Banks & credit card processing companies may hold your details to retain purchase records. As of September 2006, none of our customers have been a victim of fraud as a result of trading with Securicorp Ltd. We are committed to continuing this success and ensuring that are customers are protected at all times. If you feel you may be a victim of fraud, please contact us so we may assist in any enquiries you have.

Cancellations & Refunds: To cancel a payment, you must inform us immediately and a full refund will be issued via the payment method used to pay for the item. If the product has already been dispatched, we will need to receive the ordered item back before a refund can be issued. All refunds must be made within 5 days of placing the order. Goods that have been used or have been installed cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturer defect. Goods not in as new condition will be subject to a 30% restocking charge and will only be accepted with prior written agreement from the directors of Securicorp Limited. Refunds are issued within 1 working day.

Cookies: This site uses cookies in the online store portion of the web site only to track items in your shopping cart. Cookies are not used for any other reason or purpose. There is no malware, spyware or any other malicious programs built in to this site.

Securicorp and any sub companies, affiliates, partners or suppliers accept no liability to loss of profit, time, damage or theft of property due to the failure of a third party service or failure of product or service. Securicorp Ltd are dedicated to providing a quality service and will endeavour to provide a service thereof as best as possible offering help where possible. Some support requests may require extra payment.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that Securicorp Ltd exercises no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content or use of the information gathered with the use of products & serviced provided by us. Securicorp Ltd endeavour to provide the best level of service possible although at times Securicorp Ltd may be unable to provide a service due to the failure of a third party provider or product without warning. This applies to all products & services provided by Securicorp Ltd. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Securicorp Ltd shall have the right, at any time, to pass through and invoice to Customer any new or increased taxes, fees, assessments or other charges imposed on or required to be collected by Securicorp Ltd by any governmental agency. Customer shall also be responsible for paying all taxes, fees or assessments and other charges imposed on Customer by any governmental agency that may result from this Agreement, or any of the activities contemplated hereunder. Securicorp Ltd reserves the right to modify its products used to provide the Services for purposes including but not limited to accommodating evolving technology & changes in governing laws. Securicorp Ltd shall use reasonable efforts to notify Customer of any planned changes to Securicorp Ltd's services that may adversely affect the Services provided hereunder. Securicorp Ltd do not provide support for individual or business customers unless a maintenance or repair agreement has been made between the client and Securicorp Ltd for an agreed price. Securicorp Ltd do not provide any support for third party products and services.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER Securicorp Ltd, ITS EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION PROVIDERS, MERCHANTS, LICENSERS NOR THE LIKE MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT FOR THE SERVICES OR ANY EQUIPMENT Securicorp Ltd PROVIDES. NEITHER Securicorp Ltd, ITS EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION PROVIDERS, MERCHANTS, LICENSERS OR THE LIKE, WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL NOT BE INTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DO ANY OF THEM MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CONTENT OF ANY SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE CONTAINED IN OR PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES. Securicorp Ltd IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE CONTENT OR LOSS OF ANY DATA RECORDED OR STORED BY CUSTOMER OR ANY OF CUSTOMER'S CLIENTELE VIA THE SERVICE(S) PROVIDED BY Securicorp Ltd.

INDEMNIFICATION
Customer will indemnify, save harmless, and defend Securicorp Ltd and all directors, officers, employees, and agents of Securicorp Ltd (collectively "indemnified parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, suits, actions, demands, proceedings (whether legal or administrative) and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to the use of the Services by Customer, including any violation of the Securicorp Ltd Acceptable Use Policy. Such claims shall include, but shall not be limited to, claims based upon trademark, service mark, trade name, copyright and patent infringement, trademark dilution, tortious interference with contract or prospective business relations, unfair competition, defamation or injury to reputation, or other injuries or damage to business.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL Securicorp Ltd BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR USE, SUFFERED BY CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT OR STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF Securicorp Ltd HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. In no event will Securicorp Ltd's liability for any damages, losses and causes of actions whether in contract or tort (including negligence or otherwise) exceed the actual amount paid by Customer for the Service which gave rise to such damages for losses and causes of actions during any period prior to the date the damage or loss occurred or the cause of action arose. Where English law does not allow the exclusion or limitation of warranties or incidental or consequential damages, or the limitation of liability with respect to death or personal injury due to negligence, so that the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to Customer, in such cases,

FORCE MAJEURE
Securicorp Ltd shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations hereunder if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of any governmental body, war, insurrection, sabotage, embargo, fire, flood, strike or other labor disturbance, breakdown or damage to machinery, equipment or software, malfunctioning of software, corruption of data, interruption of or delay in transportation, unavailability of or interruption or delay in telecommunications or third party services, failure of third party software or inability to obtain raw materials, supplies, or power used in or equipment needed for provision of the Services. In the event of such a Force Majeure, Securicorp Ltd shall give the other party prompt written notice within ten (10) days of the Force Majeure. If any such event continues for a continuous period of thirty (30) days, Customer may terminate this Agreement.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Customer represents and warrants that Customer's use of the Services shall not infringe the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of Securicorp Ltd or any third party. Customer further acknowledges that all right, title and interest in any and all technology, including software & hardware packages that is part of or provided with the Services and any trademarks or service marks of Securicorp Ltd (collectively, "Securicorp Ltd Intellectual Property") is vested in Securicorp Ltd and/or in Securicorp Ltd's licensers. Unless otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, Customer shall have no right, title, claims or interest in or to the Securicorp Ltd Intellectual Property. Customer may not copy, modify or translate the Securicorp Ltd Intellectual Property or related documentation, or decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Securicorp Ltd Intellectual Property, to use it other than in connection with the Services, or grant any other person or entity the right to do so. Unless otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, Customer is not authorised to distribute or to authorise others to distribute the Securicorp Ltd Intellectual Property in any manner without the prior written consent of Securicorp Ltd; provided, however, that nothing in this sentence would preclude Customer from using the Securicorp Ltd Intellectual Property as incorporated in the Services. This paragraph shall not operate to extinguish, restrict, vary, waive or affect in any manner whatsoever any right, title or interest which Customer may now have or hereafter acquires in, or in relation to, the third-party software that is part of or provided with the Services solely to the extent such third-party licensers. publicly provide such rights, title or interest in the third-party software to Customer.

EQUIPMENT
Securicorp Ltd is acting only as a distributor of hardware, software, circuit and equipment (collectively, the "Equipment") offered under this Agreement that was manufactured by a third party. Any malfunction or manufacturer's defects or other defects, outside the control of Securicorp Ltd, of Equipment either sold or provided by Securicorp Ltd to Customer or purchased directly by Customer used in connection with the Service(s) will not be deemed a breach of Securicorp Ltd's obligations under this Agreement. Any rights or remedies Customer may have regarding the performance or compliance of Equipment are limited to those rights extended to Customer by the manufacturer of such Equipment. Customer is entitled to use any Equipment supplied by Securicorp Ltd only in connection with Customer permitted use of the Service(s). Customer shall not resell, transfer, export or re-export any Equipment, or any technical data derived there from, in violation of any applicable United Kingdom, United States or foreign law.

Securicorp Ltd shall not be responsible for any changes in Service(s) outside its control that cause Customer Equipment to become obsolete, require modification or alteration, or otherwise affect the performance of the Service(s). However, if practicable (without an obligation to expend funds or incur additional costs), Securicorp Ltd will assist Customer in resolving any such Equipment problems over which Securicorp Ltd may have control.
