BiKal Analogue Product Support

Telephone Support is available 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday. E-Mail Support is available 24 hours a day. Emergency call out is available 24 hours a day within the M25 area with £60 flat rate call out charge + £20 per hour.

1) If you have a dynamic IP address and are having problems connecting to your DVR, please use the free DDNS account details supplied with your DVR. You can find your account details on the CD cover. The manual for the DVR can help guide you through the setup process.
