SHIPPING: Items that are ordred before 15:00 are dispatched same day for NEXT DAY DELIVERY when in stock. You should recieve your package the next day. A copy of the Invoice is required for all warranty claims. Goods returned without an authorisation number will be refused. Please contact us to obtain a RMA number before returing your goods. Goods over 7 days old or in a used condition cannot be refunded. Software does not carry any guarantee and cannot be returned once purchased. Securicorp cannot guarantee that you will be able to connect to your remote CCTV system 100% of the time. This is due to various factors such as telephone line condition, net congestion and Internet Service Provider performance.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee - The 30 day money back guarantee offered by Securicorp Components Ltd only covers goods sold in the United Kingdom and is valid from 30 days after purchase in which time the buyer may return the goods for a Full refund only in the case of the goods being purchased being faulty. Refunds will not be given for products that are not faulty and return of the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations & Refunds: To cancel a payment, you must inform us immediately and a full refund will be issued via the payment method used to pay for the item.
